Main tasks:

• Conduct studies and analyses to identify performance indicators.
• Develop procedures and lists to facilitate communication with customers.
• Offer new programs to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
• Analyze customer data and feedback to address any gaps.
• Prepare and present specialized reports on customer services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in related fields.
• Certifications such as MCSE and MOS are preferred.
• Advanced skills in customer service and experience management.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
