We are seeking a Reservations Agent to become the welcoming face of SLS The Red Sea. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with guests and manage their reservation needs with precision, warmth, and efficiency. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in optimizing occupancy and revenue while ensuring a seamless experience from the moment guests reach out.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Identify guest needs and preferences to recommend suitable room types and packages.
  • Accurately enter and update guest details and special requests in the property management system.
  • Explain hotel facilities, rates, and promotional offers clearly.
  • Process reservation modifications and cancellations in line with hotel policies.
  • Deliver service that reflects the guest-first values of SLS.
  • Apply effective upselling techniques to enhance guest experiences and maximize revenue.
  • Support revenue management strategies and promote loyalty programs.
  • Ensure accuracy in reservation data and maintain confidentiality of guest information.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and provide onboarding support.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required; degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
  • 1–2 years’ experience in hotel reservations or guest services is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel systems, particularly Opera Cloud.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with a proactive, positive mindset.
