We are looking for a motivated and organized Food and Beverage Services Manager to oversee the planning, direction, and coordination of food and beverage services. In this role, you'll manage operations and supervise delivered services and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the planning and delivery of food and beverage services and other related services.
• Monitor the consumption and usage of food, beverages, and other supplies, manage supplier selection, and place orders.
• Oversee kitchen, restaurant, and other facility management, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance.
• Manage the production and delivery of new products and services, establishing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, while supervising their implementation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Food Science
• Proficient in Arabic and English
• Strong skills in cooking fundamentals, cleaning inspection, product presentation, goods delivery, payment systems, supervision, and food service management
