About the RoleAs a key member of our leadership team, you will report directly to the General Manager. Your responsibilities will be both operational and strategic, requiring a balance between service delivery and administrative duties. You will lead the F&B outlets with a hands-on approach, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the operation of our F&B outlets, connecting with guests and supporting your team.
- Ensure effective communication and problem-solving between the F&B team and other departments.
- Oversee the smooth execution of conferences and events.
- Handle rostering, coaching, cost control, and inventory management.
- Prepare reports for senior management.
Qualifications- Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience in leading, motivating, and developing a diverse team.
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol and Food Handler qualifications.
- Availability for varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Knowledge of H+L point of sale system would be an advantage.
- Previous study in hospitality or tourism is desirable but not essential.
