Your role is crucial in delivering excellent guest and member experiences while ensuring efficient staff training and adherence to budget guidelines.
Your Responsibilities Include:- Managing all operations of Food and Beverage outlets.
- Maintaining exceptional customer service levels.
- Ensuring compliance with brand standards.
- Recruiting, managing, training, and developing the Food and Beverage team.
- Managing guest queries efficiently and timely.
- Working within budgeted guidelines for food, liquor costs, and payroll.
- Setting departmental targets, objectives, and work schedules.
- Developing menus in collaboration with the Food and Beverage team.
- Conducting monthly stock takes and setting monthly objectives.
- Incentivizing the team to maximize sales and revenue.
- Evaluating guest satisfaction levels and focusing on continuous improvement.

- Management or supervisory experience in Food and Beverage.
- Proven ability to meet financial targets.
- Compliance with Food and Beverage brand standards.
