Your Responsibilities Include:
  • Managing all operations of Food and Beverage outlets.
  • Maintaining exceptional customer service levels.
  • Ensuring compliance with brand standards.
  • Recruiting, managing, training, and developing the Food and Beverage team.
  • Managing guest queries efficiently and timely.
  • Working within budgeted guidelines for food, liquor costs, and payroll.
  • Setting departmental targets, objectives, and work schedules.
  • Developing menus in collaboration with the Food and Beverage team.

  • Incentivizing the team to maximize sales and revenue.
