Job Summary
The Executive Warehouse and Logistics Manager will be responsible for warehouse and logistics end-to-end services by overseeing the smooth running of the storage procedure, managing the inbound and outbound raw materials and finish goods, managing the team and ensuring staff are adequately trained, managing the transporters and the delivery of FG on time, ensuring compliance with Occupational Health and Safety and a safe workplace.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Planning the daily operation activity and ensure meeting the plan.
  • Arrange the trucks and deliver all the orders on time and transfer the raw materials to production on time.
  • Manage the quantity of stock, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency to meet company goals.
  • Coordinate with customer service, planning and intercompany teams to update the required status.
  • Ensure timely availability of RM and PM stocks to production against move order.
  • Provide various daily, monthly, periodical reports for the management.
