Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of dining room staff.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and addressing any issues.
- Assist in staff training on serving techniques, menu knowledge, and customer interaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for timely and accurate food service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
- Handle guest reservations, seating arrangements, and special requests.
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies.
Candidate Requirements:- Proven experience as a waiter or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Certification in hospitality or a relevant field is a plus.
