We are looking for a skilled Production Supervisor to manage our daily production operations in Riyadh.
Responsibilities:- Oversee daily production processes and ensure adherence to production schedules.
- Monitor product quality and implement improvements when necessary.
- Coordinate with production teams to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Lead, train, and evaluate production staff to ensure peak performance.
- Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Identify and resolve operational issues proactively.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the production process.
Requirements:- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar production supervisory role.
- Experience in electrical or manufacturing industries preferred.
- Solid knowledge of production planning, quality control, and Lean/5S principles.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production tracking tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
