- Ensure all meat cuts (beef, lamb, veal, etc.) meet our quality and presentation standards.
- Grind, mince, or marinate meats as needed for specific recipes or preparations.
- Weigh and package meat portions for service or storage.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized butchery area at all times.
- Label and store meats in designated cold rooms or refrigerators according to safety standards.
