As part of our team, you will be responsible for:

About You:
We are looking for candidates who are:

• A natural communicator with a passion for service.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• At least 160 cm tall with a reach of 212 cm.
• At least 21 years old.
• Confident in swimming.
• Presentable with no visible tattoos or piercings in uniform.
• Ready to relocate to Riyadh and meet Saudi employment visa requirements.
• Holders of at least a high school certificate.
• With at least one year of customer service experience.

Are you ready to be a part of an innovative airline that values exceptional customer service? At flyadeal, we are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of our passengers during flights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and crew members during flights.
• Provide excellent customer service to passengers.
• Assist with boarding and deboarding.
• Serve and sell food, beverages, and products.
• Respond to passenger requests and inquiries.
• Conduct pre-flight safety checks.
• Assist with the cleaning and restocking of the aircraft between flights.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.
• Adhere to flyadeal’s policies and procedures at all times.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of high school diploma.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Must meet the flyadeal BMI requirements and height requirement of 160 CM.
• Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy objects.
• Minimum arm span of 212 CM while on tiptoes.
• Able to pass a medical examination.
• No visible tattoos or piercings during work hours.
• Must possess a valid passport and willingness to travel frequently.
• Must be able to swim 50 meters unattended.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional demeanor and impeccable grooming.
