Join Our Team as an IT Support Technician!

We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive IT Support Technician to join our team in Riyadh. In this role, you will be responsible for installing new systems (including networking setups), diagnosing and resolving a wide range of hardware and software issues, and ensuring our clients can operate efficiently and effectively.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to identify technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Respond to or escalate support calls within agreed timeframes.
  • Install, configure, and maintain client systems (PCs, mobile devices, networking equipment).
  • Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and problem resolution.
  • Liaise with help desks and support centers as required.
  • Assist in developing testing and repair processes.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities to expand service agreements.

Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Field Service Representative or in a similar IT support role.
  • Experience managing and maintaining technical equipment.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Team-oriented with effective time-management abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Comfortable using mobile tools and applications.

As the first point of contact for users experiencing technical challenges, your role will be critical in resolving issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to operating systems, applications, and other IT services.
  • Assist users with account setup, password resets, and other access-related inquiries.
  • Maintain and update IT documentation, including user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and FAQs.
  • Monitor and manage IT support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
  • Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment such as computers, printers, and networking devices.
  • Conduct training sessions for employees on new software applications and IT policies.

Requirements:
  • Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in IT support or helpdesk position.
  • Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other technology.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose technical problems.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Customer-focused attitude and commitment to providing quality service.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service management best practices.
  • Knowledge of network protocols and administration is a plus.
