Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
• Ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of kitchen orders while maintaining stock accuracy.
• Implement best practices for warehouse safety and material handling.
• Manage, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve productivity targets.
• Monitor inventory accuracy with regular cycle counts.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
• Coordinate with various teams for seamless inventory flow.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 57 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in F&B or retail.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Experience with WMS or ERP systems.

Join Our Team as a Logistics & Warehouse Manager!
Our client is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management, and they are seeking a skilled Logistics & Warehouse Manager to join their team in Riyadh, KSA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run the warehouse and assembly departments with a hands-on approach, managing and developing your team.
• Improve stock management systems, including regular stock takes.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed during stock unloading/loading.
• Maintain compliance with ISO standards, including racking and forklift safety and maintenance.
• Oversee the dispatch of deliveries and organization of collections to meet deadlines.
• Build strong relationships with current and new suppliers for warehouse consumables.
• Keep the warehouse orderly and maintain high standards at all times.

Person Specification:

• Full clean driving license required.
• Forklift Truck License preferred but not essential.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Basic IT skills.
• Experience in running a team.
