Join Us as a Part-Time Quality Specialist!We are a reputable Dental Medical Complex seeking a dedicated Quality Manager / Quality Specialist on a part-time basis with a focus on CBAHI standards and accreditation. This role includes approximately 4-5 visits per year.
Key Requirements:- CBHQ certification (mandatory)
- Strong experience with CBAHI standards and accreditation preparation
- Ability to conduct gap analysis, internal audits, and implement corrective action plans
- Develop and review policies and procedures to align with CBAHI requirements
- Flexible job title (Manager or Specialist)
- Availability to work part-time
Role Responsibilities:- Support and oversee the implementation of CBAHI standards
- Prepare the facility for CBAHI surveys and assessments
- Monitor quality indicators for continuous improvement
