Job Purpose:
As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for supporting sales execution by addressing customers’ enquiries and monitoring stock levels to facilitate on-time delivery.

Reports to:
Manager Demand & Supply Operations - KSA

Key Accountabilities:
  • Receive, file & register customer LPO’s to manage sales execution.
  • Generate timely sales orders in Oracle system to eliminate late deliveries.
  • Resolve customer complaints to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor stock levels and send reports to management to minimize out of stock situations.
  • Communicate with Logistics Department to follow up on orders placed by management.
  • Communicate & follow up with warehouse staff for on-time delivery to customers.
  • Assist principal companies & internal managers with diverse types of reports to ensure proper information flow.
  • Attend telephone calls through the toll-free number by customers to execute their enquiries.
  • Support Field Force Team with orders, reports, and sales to facilitate agile deliveries to customers.

Skills, Experience & Qualification:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in pharmacy or equivalent degree.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in pharma industry.
  • KSA experience is a MUST.
  • Saudi nationals are preferred for this role.
  • Strong communication skills, time management, and telephone etiquette.
  • Cross-Cultural agility, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution.
