Key Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome visitors professionally.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is presentable and organized.
- Answer and route phone calls and inquiries promptly.
- Assist visitors with sign-in procedures and issue visitor passes.
- Maintain appointment schedules and meeting room bookings.
Administrative Coordination:- Provide support to departments as needed, including document management.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and internal communications.
- Assist with filing, data entry, and maintenance of office records.
Office Operations Support:- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Coordinate with vendors for various services.
- Support HR and Admin in onboarding procedures.
Communication:- Act as the first point of contact for clients and guests.
- Handle complaints or requests and escalate as necessary.
