Job Description:

We announce a unique job opportunity to join our team as a  Game Master at the Escape Rooms Center. You will be responsible for managing and experiencing players during the game, ensuring an exciting and enjoyable experience for everyone..

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Preparing and resetting the rooms (Reset)
• Providing instructions and assistance, monitoring the room, and following up on the adventure's flow.
• Ensuring customer safety and enjoyment and actively interacting with them.
• Ensuring the room and its accessories are free from technical malfunctions, including but not limited to: puzzles, audio systems, screens, communication devices, lights, computers, and mobile devices and their accessories.
• Adhering to the uniform and operational tools.
• Having full knowledge of operating and monitoring all rooms.
• Providing a detailed explanation of the game to the players before starting..
• Monitoring players during the game and providing assistance as needed..
• Managing the timing and recording results..
• Ensuring the game runs smoothly and resolving any issues that may arise..
• Ensuring the room's safety from anything that may directly or indirectly harm the customer and maintaining its cleanliness.
• Gathering player feedback after the game to improve the experience..

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills, strong communication skills, and a lively personality to interact effectively with participants and ensure a positive experience.
• Proficiency in computer handling.

·        Ability to adapt quickly and handle challenges efficiently in a gaming environment.

·        Teamwork and problem-solving skills to collaborate with colleagues and assist groups during games.

·        Fluency in both Arabic and English is an added advantage.

·        Previous experience in customer service, gaming, event management, or hospitality is an added advantage.<

Job Title: Field Marketer

Location: Riyadh

Working Hours: 4 hours daily

Job Description: We are looking for an active and self-motivated field marketer to work in Riyadh. You will be responsible for visiting hotels and cafes in the area with the aim of registering them on the “Yadoo” platform. We are looking for someone with effective communication skills who can build good relationships with clients.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily field visits to plumbing shops in Riyadh.

• Provide a comprehensive explanation about the “Yadoo” platform and convince hotel and cafe owners to register on it.

• Record and document information and update it on the platform accurately.

• Achieve the specified daily and monthly registration targets.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in field marketing or sales.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to build good relationships.

• Driving license and a car.

• Commitment to daily field work.
