الوصف الوظيفي

بصفتك موظف مبيعات في أبيات (ABYAT)، ستتولى:

  • ضمان جاهزية وتنظيم القسم، صحة الأسعار، وتوفر المخزون بما يضمن تجربة تسوق مميزة للعملاء.

  • العمل كخبير منتجات في الأبواب، النوافذ، الألمنيوم، الزجاج، وأنظمة الأبواب الداخلية والخارجية.

  • استخدام برامج تصميم الأبواب والنوافذ والألمنيوم مثل Pyramid، RA Workshop، Archimede، Dowes لإعداد التصاميم، حساب المقاسات، استخراج الكميات والتكاليف، وتقديم عروض أسعار دقيقة واحترافية.

  • تقديم الاستشارات الفنية للعملاء ومساعدتهم على اتخاذ قرارات شراء مبنية على احتياج فعلي ومواصفات صحيحة.

  • تحقيق وتجاوز أهداف المبيعات الشهرية مع المحافظة على مستوى عالٍ من رضا العملاء.

  • التنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية (الطلبات، التصنيع، التوصيل) لضمان تنفيذ الطلبات بدقة وفي الوقت المحدد.


المؤهلات

  • التوافق مع قيم أبيات وثقافة العمل الاحترافية.

  • خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مبيعات التجزئة بقطاع الأبواب، النوافذ، الألمنيوم أو الزجاج.

  • خبرة عملية مثبتة في استخدام برامج تصميم الأبواب والنوافذ مثل Pyramid، RA Workshop، Archimede، Dowes.

  • معرفة قوية بالمقاسات، الأنظمة، الإكسسوارات، ومواد التشطيب المرتبطة بالأبواب والنوافذ.

  • مهارات عالية في التواصل، الإقناع، وإغلاق الصفقات.

  • القدرة على تحقيق الأهداف البيعية والعمل تحت الضغط.

  • تركيز على النتائج وجودة الخدمة وتجربة العميل.

1- يتم في بداية كل شهر تحديد العملاء المستهدفين.

2- يتم التواصل مع مسؤولي العلاقة وتحديد مواعيد معهم لزيارتهم.

3- يتم يوميا عمل 3 زيارات للعملاء المستهدفين وعرض خدماتنا.

4- عمل تقرير يومي مختصر يوضح تفاصيل الزيارة.

5- يتم المتابعة مع العملاء ومتابعة متطلباتهم وارسال لهم عروض الأسعار.

6- عمل تقرير أسبوعي بالصفقات الناجحة والمحتلمة والغير محققة.

شروط التوظيف:

1- يجيد اللغة العربية الأنجليزية تحدث وكتابة.

2- مهارات التفاوض والأقناع.

3- يجيد أستخدام برامج مايكروسوفت مثل Outlook, Excel, Power point, Word.

4- اللباقة وحسن المظهر.

5- حس المسؤولية وجدية العمل.

6- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات.

7- للسعوديين فقط.
