Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute procurement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal terms.
- Oversee the complete purchasing cycle from requisition to delivery and payment.
- Implement and manage procurement systems, policies, and documentation standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Monitor supplier performance and analyze purchasing reports and KPIs.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement (preferably in construction or real estate).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in ERP/procurement systems and Microsoft Office.
