Key Responsibilities:- Receive, store, and issue supplies and equipment.
- Compile records of supply transactions, ensuring supplies received match requisitions and invoices.
- Accurately record deliveries and departmental issues in stock ledgers.
- Unload and receive goods from suppliers, ensuring immediate dispatch to the correct stores.
- Distribute goods to Engineering Department employees upon request.
- Weekly requisitioning of materials to maintain stock levels.
- Enter all materials in and out of stores into the computer weekly.
- Conduct stock taking as scheduled by hotel management.
- Maintain cleanliness and security of the storage area.
Skills and Qualifications:You should ideally possess a high school or college qualification and have previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Knowledge of electrical equipment and a good command of English are essential; computer skills will be an advantage.
