Key Responsibilities:- Develop company-wide controls standards and specifications.
- Create communication networks for data management and tracking.
- Participate in the conceptual development of new equipment.
- Program and debug PLC ladder logic.
- Establish and execute test plans for equipment installation.
- Train teams on supporting automated equipment.
- Optimize processes to maximize production efficiency.
Requirements:- BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience as a Controls Engineer or similar role.
- Deep knowledge of electrical and safety standards.
- Advanced programming skills for industrial systems.
- Familiarity with Siemens and Allen Bradley PLCs.
- Ability to create detailed electrical schematics.
