- Evaluate driver performance with practical assessments and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop and maintain driver training materials to meet industry standards.
- Conduct routine safety audits and vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Promote safety awareness through communication and training initiatives.
- Monitor driver compliance with safety policies and develop corrective action plans as needed.
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid commercial driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Certified Driver Instructor qualification.
- 5-8 years of experience as a commercial driver and 3-5 years in driver training or safety roles.
- Strong knowledge of transportation regulations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
