Key Responsibilities:- Develop a thorough understanding of the Bachelor Business Administration (BBA) degree program.
- Oversee daily office activities, including email responses and form processing.
- Implement and ensure compliance with departmental policies.
- Advise students on probation and monitor their progress.
- Assist in supervising attendance and performance of support staff.
- Supervise college assessments and manage exam logistics.
- Coordinate arrangements for college events, including orientations and graduation ceremonies.
- Maintain accurate records and produce departmental statistics.
- Manage schedules and perform various administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Public Relations, or equivalent from an accredited institute is required, along with a minimum of four years’ experience in administrative tasks or student services.
