Job Summary: As a Commercial & Procurement Manager at ICM Solution, you will be responsible for overseeing all commercial aspects of projects and operations. This includes everything from initial conceptualization and cost estimation to contract execution and procurement. Your role will ensure that projects are financially viable and delivered within budget and contractual terms.
Key Responsibilities: - Pre-Contract Phase: Oversee and manage cost estimates, budget proposals, and pricing strategies.
- Contracts & Procurement Strategy: Develop procurement strategies and oversee the preparation of tender documents.
- Post-Contract Phase: Administer contracts and monitor project costs against the approved budget.
- Procurement Oversight: Ensure efficiency and transparency throughout the procurement process.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields with five or more years of experience in commercial management and procurement, preferably in the fit-out industry.
