Main Responsibilities:- Check the quantities of raw and packaging materials received from the warehouse in compliance with production orders to mitigate breakdowns or delays.
- Conduct testing procedures to ensure machines operate optimally during production.
- Learn and follow standard operating procedures.
- Monitor equipment and parameters, submitting fault reports in the event of abnormalities.
- Lead operational reviews at the end of shifts to discuss achievements and challenges.
- Verify production dates and batch numbers printed on bottles.
- Perform water quality treatment sampling and analysis, ensuring satisfactory results.
- Maintain accurate logs and perform both preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
