Key Responsibilities:- Record daily financial transactions accurately in the accounting system.
- Prepare and review journal entries and bank reconciliations.
- Monitor and verify sales and purchases invoices for accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare periodic financial reports (monthly/quarterly/annually).
- Supervise the organization and archiving of accounting documents.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial statements.
- Follow up on accounts receivable and payable, managing collections from clients.
- Coordinate with the sales department to ensure invoices match purchase orders.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi tax and zakat regulations.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a General Accountant.
- Strong knowledge of invoicing, sales, and purchases processes.
- Proficiency in accounting software (preferably ERP systems like SAP, Odoo, or Zoho).
- Good understanding of Saudi tax and zakat regulations.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English.
