Key Responsibilities:- Drive organization design, workforce planning, and change management efforts.
- Lead the Saudization strategy, ensuring compliance with Nitaqat and nationalization programs.
- Liaise with HRDF and government on subsidies and development programs.
- Develop recruitment strategies aligned with business needs and collaborate with hiring managers.
- Oversee onboarding processes to optimize new hire productivity and implement performance management processes.
- Champion a culture that aligns with the company values and promotes employee engagement.
- Maintain compliance with Saudi labor laws and manage audits and documentation.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Postgraduate or HR certification (*, CIPD, SHRM, or HRCI) preferred.
