• Coordinate with the fork-lift driver to arrange requested materials in designated areas.

• Perform 5S tasks to maintain organization and cleanliness in the warehouse.
• Manage the receipt of finished goods from production.

• Participate in daily operations, safety meetings, toolbox sessions, Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), and promptly report any issues using appropriate tools.
• Follow maintenance processes and procedures to undertake tasks related to tools and equipment.
• Maintain equipment, facilities, and work areas in a presentable and safe condition.
• Repair machines, equipment, or structures using tools such as hammers, hoists, cranes, and drills.
• Inspect used parts to determine dimensional requirements using measuring instruments.

• Entry-level candidate with a Diploma in Engineering.

• Assist in assembly, installation, and dismantling of beam pumping units.
• Perform preventive maintenance including lubrication, belt inspection, brake checks, and fastener torque verification.
• Execute corrective maintenance tasks such as bearing removal and installation, counterweight adjustments, wireline replacement, and SPM changes.
• Support alignment, balancing, and guard installation activities.
• Assist in rigging and lifting activities under the direction of Lead Technician and Crane Operator.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Complete assigned job documentation and checklists.
• Track the usage and inventory of all equipment.
• Ensure that all equipment is serviced and kept in good working condition.
• Manage consumable products, ensuring workers have all necessary products and tools for safe and efficient operations.

• Major: Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Materials, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Familiarity with QC Seven Tools (*, histograms, cause-and-effect diagrams), SPC (Statistical Process Control), and AQL sampling standards.
• Ability to using inspection equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and similar tools.
• Basic data analysis skills with the ability to identify trends through quality reports and drive improvements.
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with production and technical teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly identify quality anomalies and ensure timely closure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Validate the availability of required documents prior to job start to minimize downtime.
• Operate machines as per Work Instructions to ensure safe operations.
• Troubleshoot machinery issues and collaborate with team leaders for solutions.
• Regularly inspect product quality and manage samples for quality control checks.
• Complete all production reports accurately and submit to the Team Leader.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and maintain cleanliness standards at all times.
