Role Overview
As a Sales Engineer, you will be pivotal in identifying client needs and offering tailored technical solutions. This full-time position requires you to engage with existing and prospective clients to understand their requirements and deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in Jeddah and the Western Region.
  • Promote and sell testing and measurement equipment.
  • Provide tailored technical solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Deliver professional technical presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Offer pre-sales and after-sales technical support.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective follow-up.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales of testing and measurement equipment.
  • Strong background in Sales Engineering and solution-based selling.
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
  • Ability to convey technical concepts clearly to clients.
  • Experience in technical support and troubleshooting is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the Eastern area is preferable.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop new business opportunities for calibration services.
  • Promote laboratory and onsite calibration solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with QA/QC, Instrumentation, Maintenance, and Reliability departments.
  • Identify tender opportunities and support proposal submissions.
  • Conduct client visits and technical presentations.
  • Prepare quotations and follow up until project award.
  • Support vendor registration and prequalification processes.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
