We're looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our Volume Business in the Western Region of Saudi Arabia.
Your Responsibilities:- Customer Relationship Management: Develop KONE’s market position and customer base, engage proactively, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Sales Planning: Responsible for Regional and Individual Sales Plans, participate in market analysis, and manage pricing.
- Manage Sales Funnel: Lead the sales process, ensuring customer relationship management quality and drive sales results.
- Leadership / People Management: Lead and coach your sales team for performance, ensure onboarding experiences, and manage team resources.
Are You the One?We're looking for candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or relevant fields, a minimum of 10 years of sales experience in Saudi Arabia, and a strong customer service orientation. Proficiency in Arabic and English, as well as experience with CRM and sales dashboards, are essential.
