About the RoleThis position reports to the Marketing & Sales Manager. As a Service Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing the Service Sales team to exceed sales targets and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Execute service work with low to medium complexity
- Collaborate with the service sales team to generate leads
- Drive sales efficiency and ensure adequate training for team members
- Implement service sales strategies and enhance Installed Base (IB) penetration
- Monitor client financial status and manage customer relationships
Qualifications:- 8 years of experience in electrical systems services sales
- At least 2 years of experience leading sales professionals
- Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Fluency in English and Arabic
