نحن نبحث عن مدير تسويق - خبير الأجهزة المنزلية والتجزئة في المملكة العربية السعودية. المرشح المثالي سيجلب خبرة عميقة في سوق التجزئة الصينية والأجهزة المنزلية في المملكة العربية السعودية وسيكون مسؤولا عن تصميم وتنفيذ استراتيجيات التسويق لمنصاتنا المعتمدة على الذكاء الاصطناعي المصممة لهذا القطاع.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية
  • استراتيجية السوق والتسويق: تطوير وتنفيذ خطط التسويق الخاصة بصناعة التجزئة والأجهزة المنزلية في المملكة العربية السعودية.
  • تسويق المنتج والرسائل: إنشاء تموضع منتج مقنع ومقترحات قيمة لمنصات الذكاء الاصطناعي.
  • إدارة الحملات: تخطيط وتنفيذ حملات متكاملة لتعزيز الوعي بالمنصات وخلق العملاء المحتملين.
  • تحليل السوق: تحليل اتجاهات سلوك المستهلك والتجزئة عبر المملكة العربية السعودية.
  • تنسيق أصحاب المصلحة: التعاون مع الفرق المختلفة لضمان التوافق مع الأهداف التجارية.

ملف المرشح والمؤهلات:
  • 5+ سنوات من الخبرة في التسويق في صناعة التجزئة أو الأجهزة المنزلية في المملكة العربية السعودية.
  • قدرة مثبتة على إنشاء وتنفيذ حملات تسويقية مدفوعة بالبيانات.
  • فهم ديناميكيات التجزئة في المملكة العربية السعودية وسلوك المستهلك.
  • مهارات تقديم جيدة ومهارات تواصل (يفضل الإنجليزية والعربية).
  • درجة البكالوريوس في التسويق، إدارة الأعمال، أو مجال ذي صلة.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
  • الإشراف على وظائف المحاسبة اليومية بما في ذلك إعداد الحسابات القانونية المحلية.
  • الحفاظ على مجموعة نظيفة من سجلات دعم الميزانية العمومية، وتحديث دفتر الملكية شهريًا.
  • الإشراف على تسوية جميع حسابات البنوك وحسابات الشركات الشهرية.
  • تقديم التقارير المالية الشهرية والتقارير العابرة في الوقت المناسب حسب الحاجة.
  • مراجعة بناء تكلفة الوظائف المستمرة وإبلاغ الإدارة عن أي تجاوزات محتملة.
  • تنظيم والإشراف على التحقق الفعلي من الأصول الثابتة وخزينة المخزون.
  • ضمان أن الاحتياطيات المتعلقة بالضمانات والزيادة القديمة كافية.
  • إعداد خطط استراتيجية سنوية وميزانيات وتحديثات منتظمة للتوقعات.
  • إدارة الموافقة على الائتمان والتحكم، وضمان جمع الدين بشكل صحيح.
  • توثيق وتحديث السرد المالي وضمان الالتزام بمعايير SOA.

متطلبات المنصب:
  • درجة البكالوريوس في المالية والمحاسبة أو الاقتصاد؛ يُفضل الدرجة المتقدمة.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في المالية/محاسبة التكاليف، ويفضل أن يكون ذلك مع شركة تصنيع متعددة الجنسيات.
  • مهارات حاسوبية ممتازة (MS Office، وخاصة Excel؛ معرفة One Stream وSAP وPower BI تعتبر ميزة).
  • معرفة بالمعايير الأمريكية للتقارير المالية و/أو المعايير الدولية لإعداد التقارير المالية هي ميزة.
  • مهارات تحليلية وحل مشكلات وتنظيم قوية.
  • مهارات اتصال ممتازة باللغة الإنجليزية؛ اللغة العربية ميزة.
