  • دعم المهام الإدارية مثل إدخال البيانات، والأرشفة، وإدارة الوثائق.
  • المساعدة في إدارة التقويم، وسجلات الزوار، والإجراءات الأمنية ذات الصلة.
  • تقديم معلومات دقيقة حول خدمات الشركة وإجراءات المكتب والمرافق للزوار والمتصلين.

المؤهلات الأساسية:
  • يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في دور موظف استقبال أو مكتب أمامي أو خدمة عملاء.

  • مهارات تنظيم قوية واهتمام بالتفاصيل، مع القدرة على أداء مهام متعددة في بيئة مشغولة.
