Collect data and maintain activity reports, tracking employee attendance and preparing daily timesheets.
Respond to queries and assist in correspondence, routing and preparing mail as directed.
Coordinate with departments for procurement of office supplies and maintain office equipment.
Encourage adherence to safety regulations and participate in safety audits.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas maintenance or 3 years with a diploma.
