Customer Service Manager - Order Fulfillment to lead our Customer Service Department in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Role and ResponsibilitiesThe manager will oversee daily operations and drive the growth of our commercial activities in the Saudi market. Responsibilities include:
- Managing Customer Service operations to ensure top-tier performance and service quality.
- Leading, coaching, and mentoring staff to cultivate a high-performance culture.
- Continuous process improvement for increased efficiency and compliance.
- Implementing management tools and ensuring accurate invoicing and revenue recognition.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to foster business growth and improvement.
- Conducting regular reviews of order management, inventory availability, and customer inquiries.
- Ensuring compliance with export control and international trade regulations.
- Managing customer communications and maintaining proactive order status updates.
QualificationsTo be considered for this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in relevant roles including strong leadership experience.
- Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems, with a solid understanding of supply chain operations.
Preferred SkillsWe also value experience in healthcare or diagnostics, demonstrated continuous improvement methodologies (*, Lean, Kaizen), and strong analytical abilities. Fluency in English is essential, with Arabic proficiency being a strong advantage.
