Role Overview:This position is based in Riyadh and focuses on driving new business growth across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and selected opportunities in the UAE. As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in new client acquisition and act as a trusted advisor to senior business and technology leaders.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead new business acquisition in Saudi Arabia with an emphasis on large enterprise accounts.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to deal closure.
- Identify opportunities through networking and market intelligence.
- Represent Endava at industry events across the region.
Qualifications:- 8–10+ years in business development in IT Professional Services or Digital Transformation.
- Experience in the Saudi market and understanding of client expectations.
- A strong background in Financial Services is desirable.

- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
