المتطلبات:

5-7 سنوات من الخبرة في خدمة العملاء أو الأدوار التي تتعامل مع العملاء.
إتقان Microsoft Excel وPowerPoint.
مهارات تواصل شفهية وكتابية ممتازة.
قدرات تنظيمية وإدارة وقت قوية.
القدرة على العمل بالتعاون في بيئة فريق.
