- Receiving, reviewing, and approving all credit notes while specifying reasons for returns.
- Processing invoices signed by customers and managing their archival.
- Fostering the learning and growth of team members through tailored career development plans and comprehensive training sessions.
- Coordinating with the CLD to secure necessary vehicles for delivery, while preparing related documentation prior to dispatching orders.
- Managing backorders and notifying the CSD Manager regarding any related shortages.
