  • إدارة عملية المبيعات: الاستفادة من نظم إدارة علاقات العملاء لتتبع التفاعلات والحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة.

المهارات الأساسية:
  • مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والعرض.

المؤهلات التعليمية:

  • إعداد بيانات التشغيل والتقارير الخاصة، بما في ذلك البيانات المالية المؤقتة والسنوية.
  • الإشراف على المعاملات المحاسبية التي تشمل الحسابات الدائنة، والمدينة، والفواتير، والمحاسبة العامة، والبيانات المالية.

إدارة الأفراد:
  • تطوير تقارير تخطيط القوى العاملة وخطط استقطاب الموهوبين.
  • تحديد أهداف الأداء لأعضاء الفريق وإجراء مراجعات الأداء.
  • تقديم التوجيه والتوجيه لضمان تلبية المتطلبات التشغيلية.

إدارة أصحاب المصلحة:
