أداء واجبات أمين الصندوق، وإدارة معاملات الصرافة، وإجراء تدقيقات ليلية.
تقديم خدمة عملاء استثنائية – بالرد بسرعة على جميع استفسارات الضيوف.
حل شكاوى الضيوف وضمان التنسيق مع الأقسام الأخرى لتتبع فعال.
