Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Job Description: The maintenance supervisor is responsible for preparing the work plan and program, following up on procedures for determining the type and nature of maintenance, in addition to distributing tasks among the team. This role requires designing training needs for the maintenance team and preparing a preventive maintenance program.

Responsibilities:

• Follow up on procedures for determining the type and nature of maintenance and estimating the quantity and cost of necessary materials.
• Distribute tasks and responsibilities among team members according to their capabilities and skills.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance and achievements of the maintenance team.
• Assess the training needs of maintenance teams and develop their skills.
• Prepare preventive maintenance programs and follow up on their implementation procedures.
• Classify, organize, document, and preserve results and work reports.
