Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

This role is pivotal in developing professional and scalable HR plans and strategies to support our client’s operations across the Kingdom and Gulf region, ensuring full compliance with labor regulations.
Basic Requirements:

• Proven experience in Human Resources within Saudi Arabia, particularly in startups or fast-growing companies.
• Advanced knowledge of Saudi labor law and government platform management (Qiwa, Misa, Mudad, GOSI, Saudi Business Center).
• Strong experience in preparing and managing employee contracts and job structures.
• Professional level proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

Main Responsibilities:
