- Collaborate with the culinary team for smooth kitchen operations.
- Monitor inventory and ensure the freshness of all pastry ingredients.
- Train and supervise junior pastry team members when required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and dessert preparation.
- Creativity and attention to detail in presentation.
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to lead and train junior staff.
