1. Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Architecture from an
accredited university.
- A Master’s degree in Project Management (MBA/PMP) or an advanced
specialization in Structural/Architectural Design is a plus.
2. Professional Experience:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in structural or architectural design, particularly
in large-scale projects.
- Proven experience in collaborating with international consulting firms (especially
in India, Pakistan, Malaysia).
- Experience in managing multinational engineering teams and coordinating
between different offices.
- Familiarity with international design and construction codes (American, British,
European, or Gulf standards).
3. Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in engineering software:
