The Social Affairs Monitor oversees the daily operations of the center by following up on transportation, receiving and handing over beneficiaries, supervising the safety, cleanliness, and quality of facilities, organizing support services, following up on departmental needs, ensuring the readiness of the operational environment, in addition to organizing beneficiary files, monitoring their attendance and departure, and coordinating with various departments to ensure the provision of integrated services, while adhering to approved policies and procedures and contributing to achieving a safe and organized environment for beneficiaries.
Type and hours of work
* Full-time.
* 8 working hours per day.
* 6 working days per week.
Qualifications and Requirements
* High school diploma as a minimum.
* Diploma in Secretarial, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or Social Work, or equivalent, is preferred.
* At least one year of relevant work experience is preferred.
* Proficiency in using computers, Microsoft Office programs, and electronic systems.
* High skills in communication, organization, time management, leadership and guidance, teamwork, problem-solving, and the ability to work under pressure.
