Sales Representative

A sales representative is required to work with contractors and real estate developers to market building materials. He has experience in marketing and promoting products and services, the ability to build strong relationships with clients, and achieve the required goals. The candidate will be responsible for visiting potential clients, presenting commercial offers, and following up on sales processes from start to finish. He must have excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and proficiency in using basic computer programs.

Working in the field of supplying and installing fire safety equipment

As an Optician you will work as part of a team delivering total satisfaction to our customers through conducting thorough eye examinations and aftercare. You’ll offer our customers recommendations to the highest professional and ethical standards. You will use your knowledge to effectively identify customer needs and recommend eyewear and eye care solutions accordingly.

In addition you will act as an ambassador for RETAIL BANNER, ensuring every customer is welcomed into the store and to ensure their expectations are exceeded throughout the customer experience. You’ll get to perform almost all store functions including opening and closing, merchandising and of course selling. As a Luxottica ambassador you will understand and bring to life the Luxottica characteristics and the Oliver Peoples culture.

Major duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism
• Coach assistants to consistently deliver effective selling behaviours resulting in high customer engagement
• Examine eyes of patients of all ages in accordance with the local guidelines
• Issue prescriptions for spectacles or contact lenses (if available)
• Offer help and advice for patients choosing frames and lenses
• Liaise with other medical practitioners
• Meet sales targets with regard to selling spectacles & contact lenses

And have

• Minimum of 1 year experience and in the possession of an optical diploma
• Written and verbal communication skills in English
