Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Implement recruitment processes from job advertisement to hiring.
  • Coordinate with department managers to understand hiring needs.
  • Monitor and evaluate employee performance periodically.
  • Prepare and evaluate internal HR policies and procedures.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews and assess candidates.
  • Ability to analyze and make decisions.
  • Develop and improve candidate attraction strategies.
  • Review payroll, attendance, leave records, and more.
  • Knowledge of governmental websites related to human resources.
  • Manage the candidate database and maintain accurate records.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or related qualification.
  • At least two years of experience in the field of human resources.
  • Good knowledge of recruitment platforms and assessment tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective relationships.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Immediate start.
