Maintain the cleanliness of the counter and ensure restocking of products.
Monitor product launches and marketing initiatives.
Develop guest experience standards to enhance customer loyalty.
Respond to customer inquiries regarding products and services.
Communicate with clients to assess their needs and exceed their expectations.
Prepare daily sales reports and participate in incentive programs.
Ensure the monthly makeup sessions are conducted.
Monitor merchandising levels as per brand directives.
