About the Role:You will provide essential personnel and administrative support to the Bakery plant employees, aligning with our group personnel policies and relevant local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the HR Supervisor and HR Senior Supervisor with all personnel operations.
- Coordinate with the Head Office HR team to prepare necessary reports.
- Generate monthly and quarterly reports on personnel performance.
- Implement related Personnel Policies and Procedures.
- Process and arrange employees’ holidays and tickets.
Requirements:The ideal candidate should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Good communication skills in written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills for report preparation.
