Your key responsibilities will include:- Working within a multidisciplinary team to deliver effective psychosocial support, health promotion, and lifestyle management.
- Implementing and monitoring a comprehensive social care program for patients, including screening, assessment, and intervention.
- Adhering to international standards in patient care and satisfaction, promoting quality of life.
- Following Diaverum's policies and procedures, as well as local regulatory requirements.
Skills required:- Certified Social Worker by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of clinical experience, especially in renal, diabetes, or hypertension care, are favorable.
- Fluency in Arabic and basic English is required.
- Proficiency in MS Office and computer skills.
