Job: Customer Service Representative - Self Experts

If you want to join an enthusiastic team in the field of customer service, the Self Experts Center announces the availability of a Customer Service Representative position (Saudi national) to work in Jeddah. Main Responsibilities:
  • Receiving customer inquiries and providing appropriate support.

  • Following up on feedback and working to elevate service levels.

Required Qualifications:
  • Saudi national.
  • Previous experience in customer service.
  • Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • Able to solve problems and handle various situations.
  • Ability to work within a team.
  • Proficient in both Arabic and English.
  • Skills in improving customer experience and service quality.

  • Fair business communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Procurement certification is a plus.
  • Awareness of SFDA/SASO requirements.
  • Understanding of customs clearance and the Fasah system.
