We are excited to announce an opportunity for an HR Manager to lead and develop our human resources function for a new, German-owned automotive component manufacturing facility in KAEC. We are excited to announce an opportunity for an HR Manager to lead and develop our human resources function for a new, German-owned automotive component manufacturing facility in KAEC. This position promises a dynamic environment where you can significantly impact the HR strategies and practices of a key player in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full HR setup for our greenfield manufacturing site including creating policies, procedures, and systems.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and local regulatory requirements.
- Partner with leadership to define and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning across all departments.
- Develop tailored training and development programs suitable for a manufacturing environment.
- Handle employee relations, performance management, and retention strategies.
- Foster a strong organizational culture that reflects local values and global standards.
- Liaise with government authorities such as GOSI and MHRSD and manage Saudization requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of HR experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in the manufacturing or automotive industry, preferably in a greenfield or startup setting.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR compliance.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and change management skills.
- Must hold Saudi citizenship.
